The body plate that is welded from the firewall to the floorpan on my 69 is rusted pretty bad.I noticed when I was cutting out my toeboard on the drivers side. This is where the body mounts to the frame near the front fender. How can I
repair this?

You'll have to make your own patches, I did mine last fall. If they are really bad you might want to look into getting parts cut off a good donar car.
