Nice place, We have a place called Portilos here its almost the same theme.
All though I would like to see that part of the country and thats a good excuse to drive out there.

Up here in Seattle we have XXX Root Beer in Issaquah ,and they put on a lot of car shows at the restaurant ,the place will fill to capacity and flow to all the surrounding parking lots ....fun times Happy Motoring

I always thought a "stewarts" type resturant with a drive in movie in back with cruise nights would make a killing!
