I have a set for a 80 Z. Fronts and rears. Fully adjustable but i think they are a pain to adjust. Anyhow, how do they perform? If i decide to put them on the car where should i adjust them too to get close for good 60's? Springs are a from Eaton and are a lowering spring to lower the car an inch and they are new too with Poly bushings in the rear.

These are simular to my non drag Koni's , I have had this type of shock on my car for some 30 plus years. The are 3 way adjustable, I set front on firm and rear on medium. I thought the KYB gas would give me a better ride but was wrong. Fluid shocks rule.

Mine actually dont have a knob. You have to compress the shock till it locates in the adjuster and then turn the shock and that adjusts it. Thats prolly why nobody seems to use them.

As I said, yours are like mine, I dont have knobs, Collaspe and adjust. I dont like these knob shocks. Had the first set some 25 years until I had a few bucks in my pocket, felt guilty, bought some new ones.
