They have them for single and dual inlets. I was just kicking around the idea of running both pipes out the passenger side of the car in one boom tube like the cup guys do. I also can get single inlet tubes to exit each side of the car. JohnZ May 8th, 07, 05:43 PM Check your state laws first - it's illegal in some states to have the exhaust pipes exit forward of the rear wheels unless it came that way from the factory (midyear Corvette sidepipes, '92-'95 and '03-'08 Viper, etc.). pdq67 May 8th, 07, 06:48 PM 340 T/A 6-Pack Challengers too! pdq67 67 455 Bird ragtop May 8th, 07, 06:53 PM Good point. But there are a lot of cars here in my area that are like that. But I'll double check anyway. JimM May 8th, 07, 07:17 PM Do you have room? No way I could do it... Just ain't that much air between the subframe connectors and the world. Not sure how good they'd look exiting forward of the front spring eye, either, that's almost at the door. 67 455 Bird ragtop May 8th, 07, 08:14 PM I back halfed my car and run coil overs in th rear. My rear frame is maybe 1/2" below the stock floor braces since it's tied in with the stock front sub frame. Looks like i should have plenty of room. Especially using oval pipes. |
