View Full Version : Got my new clutch today (pics)
sc68z28 May 9th, 07, 09:50 PM I know it's like trying to defy the laws of nature, getting my street driven stick car to run a 9 second 1/4 mile, but I'm stubborn:yes:
This is my newest hope. It's a 7" 2 disc (cindered-iron) with adjustable base and centrifugal pressure. Weights 20 lbs:thumbsup: got it from Advanced Clutches http://www.advancedclutches.com/products.htm#Sportsman

Hay Barrett, your back in Canada? Whats up with that, didn't like our weather? You didn't even say goodbye:p
I'll need a few weeks to get it back together, I'm getting it match balanced first.

Robs clutches are allmost all, one off deals. He custom taylors it to your launch RPM, HP / TQ, weight, and shift RPM. He's a one man shop, so when you call him (it's his cell phone) anytime it's going to be the guy that made your clutch  . He actually told me to call him from the track on my first test, for advise on initial adjustments, weekends included:thumbsup: .
Rob needs about 8 weeks lead time right now, and he gets paid in full, up front.
Now are you sitting down, I got forty bucks change, from a $3000 bill.
