Hi Guys.. I bought A Hurst Shifter over 20 years ago, and just recently found it in with a bunch of old parts I have... Now the problem is I would like to use it, but,, How do I know what it will fit,????.. I have a 1968 400 car firebird and a 1968 camaro RS/SS,, It is a Hurst Competition Plus.. I can't find any model number, just a pat. #... would it help to post a pic,????... oh yeah,, it does not have any linkage... What do you think,, how can I tell,???????? :confused:

Pics certainly wouldn't hurt....

Polish the galvanize real fine on the drivers side face and all the numbers should finally show up.. They should be in a triangle by all edges...........
