please help what clear is better dcu2021 or dcu2042 is one better to wet sand.

The 2042 is more of a production clear,spray,buff and kick it out the door the same day. The 2021 can be used for spot,panel or overall. It sprays nice and lays out with a factory look. The next day you can sand and buff and it'll look like glass. Which ever one you choose,sand and buff within 1 week,after that it's a pain in the a**.

what is the big diff between low voc speed clear and urethane clear

I'll refer you to ask MARTINSR,he's more knowledgeable about the technical aspects. I just fix'em, paint'em and kick'em out the door.

They are both urethane clears. The speed clears as they are called are just that, a faster drying clear(and all clears have to be of a lower VOC now as per the National Rule) so you can get them out the same day. But with the fast drying clears like that, you are giving up some gloss.
