Started doing my pass. side floor pan
yesterday just got the seat mount/body brace
out this morning, got mine out all as one
piece noticed that the factory put these in as two piece's first the subframe mount spot
welded in then the seat mount sits on top
also spot welded in. oh 68 Camaro coupe
Do you guys also pull this out and reinstall as one piece or do you cut them apart and install as factory, mine came out
in one piece thanks to my $10.00 Napa spot
weld cutter and air chisle. Sorry so long

I did mine one piece, but spot welded through both pieces.

I did one in one piece and the other in 2. One piece is the way to go just make sure you weld through both and get full penetration.
