Im still in body work purgatory, and am trying to remove the chrome trim panles on the bottom of the drivers and passenger side doors on a 67. For the life of me, I cant figure out how these panels come off. I can see that they are held on by clips of some sort, bit short of ruining the peices, i cant get em off. Anyone offer some advise? Also...short of removing the fenders, how can i get the "camaro" and 327 embem off the front fenders?
Thanks,
James

I removed mine this week. I have the deluxe interior and removed the door handle and rolled up the windows. Remove the window handles and pop of the door panel. There are two phillip screws on each side. The clips are held on with nuts. The trim is then gently removed without scratching the paint. No idea on the emblems.

I found it best to use pipe cleaners to remove the emblems. They have the soft fuzzy material so it does not sctatch the paint. Slide them behind the emblems and work the emblems out gently. I used one on each side of the emblem. If they break, use two on each side.

Brett, thats a good tip, but they seem to be bolted on.
