Anybody Have Any Ideas On Removing Heavy Undercoating.i Just Purchased This Car And It Has The Original Dealer Installed Undercoating.i Tried To Scrape It But It Is Like Concrete.they Don't Make Undercoating Like That Anymore.i Was Thinking Of Paint Stripper To Soften It Up.any Ideas?????

I would say the easiest way I've got it off is with heat. I guess the safest way would be a heat gun but I have used a Propane torch. Just heat it enough to soften it and it will scrape off like butter.
You will then have very thin traces of it here & there. Then you can take some laquer thinner or something similar and wipe the rest off.

I used a 6 in. wire cup brush on my angle grinder. Worked great, but made a huge mess. Lol.

I just bought the Eastwood removal kit. Plan to try it this weekend and will let you know how it goes.

Exactly!! I tried to do it with chemistry but heat worked the best.

I used oven cleaner and let it melt the undercoating off and then took the parts to the car wash for high pressure water. Worked like a charm.

Cupped Wire wheel on a drill for me too. Worked good.
