Recruited a buddy of mine, removed the tranny mount bolts, motor mounts, and within an hour...engine and tranny were out.

The whole thing went smoothly, without the usual little things  that crop up. Even the low garage ceiling didnt present a problem.
Having the sheetmetal off definitely simplified things.

Subframe is next to come out. then a trip to the powdercoater

Transmission crossmember stayed in
Gotta remember to pop the frezeout plug...next engine pull tongue.gif ...yeah, bit of a mess :D

Merry Christmas, Scott!!

Pull those plugs, if you haven't yet, or you'll fill the engine with anti-freeze when u pull the heads!

Gonna move this to Bench Racing. Your progress reports seem to fit more than one catagory.

Keep the momentum going Scott! graemlins/thumbsup.gif
