From Chevrolet parts manual...(assuming you are working on Camaro 93-95)

The Injector Harness: 3-C4 Group 2.525, Harness F/INJR WRG 93-95 F(L32) - part #12106680.

The "Rubber Thingy" is part of complete assembly: 4-N7 Group 1.745, Harness PCV VLV 93-95 F(L32) - part #10217828.
