Finally realized why my headline in the rear is not secured nicely. There apperas to be strip that is placed under the headliner, parallel with the sail panel, that the headliner is fastened to that "did not come" with the car when I bought it a couple years back.

Duh too much paint fumes that day. There was a question in there. What is the name of the piece and does someone know where I can get one?

:beers: theres a molding that goes there.ht-3 from ricks is that 3 piece set for the back headliner.

I believe your talking about the tacking strips:yes: Sorry ,I'm not sure if they are repoped. That's one of the pieces I always scavenge out of the old parts cars, when I find them.;) It's a piece of metal about 3/8 " wide W/cork running down the center and a screw hole in each end .

You could use anything that would hold a staple, like from a staple gun. The headliner is just stapled to that strip.
