My 68 convertible has a fold down rear seat. The seat covers are a bit loose and I'm trying to remove the back panel from the seat back so I can tighten the seat with hog rings. I've removed all the screws that appear to be holding it in place but it won't budge. Any ideas?

afetr you remove the screws,push the panel in a upward direction to release the clips.....similar to the bucket seat back panel...
