I did a search already and didn't really get what I needed but that Camaro emblem on the glove box door on a 68. How do I get that off without breaking it so I can repaint the door. I will then carefully replace it .

It just pushes on, and the only way to get it off is to pry it off. Just be careful.

I used a rigid paint scraper taped on the tip. It's held on with barrel nuts.

I removed mine. The plastic insert tabs did break (only at the tip) but a little duct tape allowed me to put it back on just fine.
