Why won't they show up on my computer? I just get the box, but no thumbnails to click on. I assume it is some firewall thing, but don't know how to fix it. I am not a computer guy. I have EZ firewall installed. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Chuck, sorry this wasn't answered sooner. All I can suggest is what you have already figured out, turn off the firewall and see if the thumbnails show up. It sounds like they are being blocked by some sort of banner blocker.
