I am replacing my rear floor pans up to the seat support and i still have a little rust going under seat supports since i really do not want to remove seat supports and i have already cut my new pans to the right fit.My question is how can i get the POR15 under the seat supports?

coat hanger with end wrapped around a rag might work to dig around in there. graemlins/thumbsup.gif

shocker, I know you do not want to hear this. I would just remove the seatpans and do it that way. I had a problem like yours with surface rust under the pans. I just drilled out all of the spot welds and PORed under the pans and than weld them back on.
You went through the trouble of doing the floor pans. Would you just hate it if you started to rust through the floor under the seatpans. Just my opinion.
Clicks idea would work. I just will not get under the welded area.
