So the fabric on my interior roof is starting to seperate and sag. What can I do to stick it back up and eliminate wrinkles?

You might want to tell us what you're driving. I'm guessing it's a glued-up foam backed headliner. The only lasting way is to replace it as the foam deteriorates so nothing sticks to it for long.
