Questions:
1. Does the cowl tag look legit?
2. Would a real SS BB (4N) car have ever come from the factory without a 12 bolt and radius rod? I think not (but am not yet an expert).
3. Guessing a fair price would be around $26K to $27K (assuming cowl tag is real/legit)?

Information from seller:

Rear dampeners there, front ones not present
Took cowl off and found stamping for VIN and it matches to door
Cowl tag seems to be riveted, advice received back was cowl tag timing aligned with VIN
Think driver side door may have been replaced (red paint)
Panel below top boot has evidence of being replaced (blue paint)
Rockers seem to be fine to me but not an expert, everything I can tell under car is subrframe seems solid, frame and floors seem solid
Behind rear tires and rear pan have bondo, around rear tires, no evidence of it cracking
Front fenders are solid
Inside trunk has been sprayed with splatter paint, no mat, cover on spare tire, all seems solid and sound, seems to be no issues
Floor pans have no obvious issues, seem original
Paint overall nice, some call it 10 or 5 footer, rock chips in front seen up close and a few chips here and there
Interior pretty good condition, needs firewall mat/pad ($30-40) on interior side above where carpet ends,
Carpet nice and seats recovered in deluxe (factory std interior), no tears or holes in any panels or seats,
Gauges all there, oil & speedo work but others do not, harness is there and have manual, temp sensor included but not installed
Have 10-12 cars and don’t have time for this one
Runs good, best starting car I have
Date correct block, has a cam with nice lope, Holley street avenger carb with choke, have Q-Jet also, intake may not be original, no idea on engine mileage
New rear end from ebay – previously had 10 bolt, has mount for radius rod and have rod itself, no evidence one was there before, have floor mount as well, have everything needed to install except piece between bracket and radius rod itself
Power steering & brakes with front disc
Believe 3-core radiator but may be 2-core, added higher pressure cap and universal overflow tank
Drive it often and no problems
Air shocks on back, don’t know if wheels are 7 or 8 wide, 235/60 tires
Rear window is plastic, can see through it but has minor scratches, not yellowing, top is fine, no rips,
Windows all work good, drivers window rubbing on stop, roll up and down really easy

I would be real careful!:(
See what Kurt from the CRG says.
I don't believe there would of been a 4N car that didn't have an original 12 bolt!

Hmm, nice car. I didn't think 67 BBC's came with pass side alternator. I could be wrong. Still a nice driver.....

First, if the car is a true 4N Vert in the condition it appears by the pics (which are limited and dont tell you much) its definitely worth way more than 26-27k. And most likely worth more than the 31k it was bid up to. But the pics do suck so its hard to say for sure.

According to the CRG site, all L35 cars should have come with a square radius rod effective Dec 1966. See http://www.camaros.org/radiusrod.shtml. Cowl tag for this car = 06A = first week of June (1967?). Even assuming the rear differential was changed from a 12 bolt to a 10 bolt then back to a 12 bolt, seller claims there's no floor mounting for the radius rod on the car (he as one, just not installed). Guess this means it's either a fake cowl tag or the floors were replaced?
