Looks to be in good condition.

A well restored X66 4 speed numbers matching could bring that kind of money, but this car might take more than that to get it there.
Tag looks like it got media blasted and has lost some of it's definition.
It also has a trait I have seen associated with reproduction tags, but i can't tell either way for sure.
