I,ve seen a lot of cars stored with plastic over them. Is this alright. Or does it create problems. I just covered one car with plastic.It sticks to the metal like glue.

No, no, no! The plastic will retain moisture between it and the car, and that causes rust! Get a proper car cover. California Car Covers is a good source.
Plastic, tarps and the like are not a gooc idea at all.
