Does anyone know the factory cam lift for this motor. I am having my 842 heads done at the machine shop and I have not researched the cam yet so he needs to know in order to set up the heads correctly.

.520" on a Melling factory replacement.

Just looked in the chassis service manual. It says .3057" +/- .002" lobe lift.

.3057 x 1.7 = .520" :thumbsup:

That wasn't much but the duration was lots of fun. Especially with the headers open!
