is this a difficult job ,how do I make the hole with out messing up the paint?

I'm sure someone will have a better idea, but I heard that if you use tape, masking I believe, it will prevent the paint from chipping where the drill goes thru.
I would use a new bit, or hole saw. You want that baby sharp, and fine tooth.

Steve is right. Masking tape will prevent most chipping.
Hold the drill at the same angle the antenna will be at once it is installed. Center punch before drilling and use a new drill and holesaw. Seal the bare metal before installing the antenna.

A radio chassis punch does a much nicer job with no chips or scratching. You could even use a uni-bit. It cuts much cleaner than a hole saw.
