What would be involved if I wanted to upgrade to roller rockers? Right now I have Comp Cams roller tip rockers and screw in studs. Would I have to change anything on the stud, valve, or valve seat? I would more than likely have to get tall valve covers, right? Thanks for any advice.

You have roller tip rockers now and want to go to full roller trunion rockers?
You really dont need anything. You will need to check to see if your rockers are rolling in the center of your valve, not off to one edge. But thats just a checking geometry issue. Some valve covers with baffles near the breather area or pvc valve area, will not clear those wider roller trunion rockers, may have to just check and tweak. I would check for clearance of the rocker on the roof of the valve cover . If you already have tall covers, you should be ok.
You dont have screw in studs? May have to do some checking here at the base of the stud also. What heads do you have?
