I have a 10 bolt rear end that I pulled from my 69 Camaro which had an original 6 cyl motor. It is in great shape and would like to know how much that would be worth. Thanks.

Exactly right. It really mostly depends upon a few criteria. Whats the gear ratio? Is it a posi? Have the brakes been redone?
These will all increase the value. I just sold my 3.08 posi unit for 75.00. Basically if someone needs I'd tell them around this figure.

Local yard asks $100 for open and $150 for posi's.... gears are a non issue to them.

I sawzalled mine and set it out on the curb.

There is almost no demand for the 8.2 10 bolt rear end, unles it has a posi and a desirable gear ratio.

Just took 3 to the metal scrap yard. If the axles are good you might save them but the rest is not worth anything.

No demand so prices are rock bottom. And that is a great thing for those not looking to go over 400 horse on the street. You can get a decent rearend up and running for next to nothing. And if you break it who cares?

My scrap guy does not charge me to haul them away. Now if it is a posi, a few hundred bucks
