Alright 1997, Z28, LT1, cat back, ported, cam, ect...Problem is I'm tripping a P0140 code: Secondary air injection. Now what I've checked: pump turns on and pumps directly from the pump, both check valves are working, checked all the tubes and clear. The problem is between the pump and the cross over tube(which supplies both sides), there are some parts I am unfamilar with. A black plastic deal with a vac tube running to two other vac relays? I am completly new to A.I.R. Please Help I have to pass inspection and as like most of you, taking it to someone is my last resort.:confused::confused:

I really hate to even suggest this, it sounds awful, but you REALLY need the helms manual.

For my 93 vette, there are 2 manuals, the basc service manual and "driveability and emissions." Your answers would be in the second one. The pair cost me $110 to my door.

I'll try to take a look and see if I can find anything helpful, but I doubt it. My car is ODB1, and yours is ODB2. Your electronics and software are completely different. Most of the hardware is probably close, but if that error code ain't the same in my book, I won't know where to go in the troubleshooting chart.
