Has anyone been to this event before? It looks pretty big, but I wasn't sure how it was, traffic jams, etc vs going to Maple Grove PA the same weekend. Last year Maple Grove was down on attendance from when I went a few years before and it was packed.

I am actually an Asst Director for the Right Coast that puts on the Syracuse show. Not very many traffic jams- the show grounds are 375 acres.
The show fills up fast so you need to get in before 9 am for prime parking but they actually shut down the show grounds on Saturday so people can walk around and enjoy the show.
The flame show and stunt show on Fri & sat are not to be missed as well.
Great swap meet area too.
Last year there were 5800 cars and trucks.

I even have some rooms still available in my block if anyone is interested. Most hotels sell out within 30 miles... :hurray:

Glad to hear the traffic isn't too bad; I just don't like idling a roller motor for a long time if I don't have too. -Dan

There is also a great cruise in/cruise ewtc Thursday night. Come on down :D

I've never been to that cruise, but I have been to Syracuse for Street Machine Nats East back in the 80's.

Syracuse is a great car town, & i'll bet that the current show is more than woth the trip. I'd love to make that show some time, but unfortunately, not this year.

I was at the show on Saturday , lots of cars and people , I was hoping to find some parts but the swap meet was pretty sad not many vendors . :beers:
