I was taking the driver side fender off my 67 camaro coupe and the bolt at the top of the fender kinda behind the drivers door broke off. Is that a cage nut behind it? Is there any way to get to it to fix it. Has anybody had to fix this before? thanks for any help

No The head broke off but. Then I tried to get it out the nut started turning. I was wondering if I pull the gage cluster could I access it from inside.

I've had similar problems in the past but my nuts were always gone ??? I have welded a 3/8 nut in the hole on many occasions.
