any one know the correct clips and colors of the clips and where they go on a 69 Camaro, Thanks

Check out your factory assembly manual for what goes where.
If you don't have one, grab yourself a copy!

3953272 (3/16"), 3952717 (3/8") and 3952718 (5/16") are all blue to the best of my knowledge.
3962722 (UPC5-B2 View B) is charcoal, and all brackets are a 30% gloss black.

I found that no supplier actually has the correct clips in any kit.
I bought mine using the GM #s through www.classicmuscle.com and www.amkproducts.com .
