besides a manifold, carb and fuel pump what else do i need to make this conversion?

distributor, ignition coil, air filter, pressure regulator, and misc hoses, clamps, and fluids.

Are you going to replace the intank-pump with a straight pickup tube, or run a TBI pump and regulate it down to carb pressures? I haven't heard of the latter, but seems like a slick and simple way to go if you already have a tank designed for an intank pump.
