Please help, My 94 Camaro Z28 350 Is running rough when brought up to temperarture when sitting in traffic. On the Hwy its ok because of constant airflow and its keeping it cool, I've changed the Distributer Cap, Rotor, Plugs, Wires, O2 Sensors, EGR Valve, Coil, Fuel Filter, Air Filter, Water Pump and Thermostat already hoping to fix it but still no go, when It gets hot it Sputters, and sometimes stalls at idle and when I take off under all types of loads. and when sitting at a light the engine RPM will increase and im not touching the throttle. Any help would be great!

Sounds to me like it has to be a problem with your fuel supply.
By a can odf the best carb/fuel injector cleaner you can find and dump it in with a full tank. This worked for me once.

FYI. I fixed the problem, It was the distributer, I changed it and it runs like new again.

Yes that happened to my sons car. It did the same thing. One night it just quit. Put a new opticrapper in and fixed his problem too. The old one was frozen up and destroyed. Enjoy
