Well, I have been browsing the posts and getting a lot of information, but haven't had the courage to post anything yet. So, here I go.....
The Camaro we bought ended up needing a little more work than we first thought. At first we thought all we were going to replace was the floors and rockers. Well, the guy we bought the car from used a lot of aluminum tape and covered a lot of the problems with the car. And it went through a really poor restoration back in the '80s and had been in an accident. We ended up replacing all of the floors, cowl, firewall,inner/outer rockers, inner outer wheelhouses, inner outer tail panel, roof, both full quarters and frame rails.
I plan on posting some pic's of the progress when my membership gets upgraded...

Well, my membership has been upgraded, so here are some of the pics. We have a lot of work left to do, but at least we are finally done with the rust!
We hope to have the roof on this weekend. We would like to have the car rolling around by the end of next week, so I can get it back to my shop and test fit the LS1, 6 spd and interior.
