Does anyone know where I can have my gear box rebuilt? The adjusting nut on top of the gear box that has the allen wrench slot is cracked and I can not get the adjusting nut off. I'm thinking the years of rust and crud, plus the POR-15 that was used on the box before I bought the car has pretty much sealed the nut tight.

If anyone has any ideas on how to get the nut off or a good shop to send the box to I'd sure appreciate it.

Thanks for the info, but I think I fixed the problem. I finally got the nut off and I fixed the cracked area. Will see if it works when I put it back together.

I have heard that AGR rebuilds boxes as well as providing new ones. Look them up if it doesn't work.
