what kind of rake do you think a 69 camaro should have? The front end of mine is low enough to hide the top of the tires but the rear is about 1 1/2 inches higher.Should it be higher (level) on the front or higher on the rear?I am running std 15 inch rally wheels .

i think most modern suspensions have a slight nose down rake. i have the global west springs in my link that advertise a slight nose down look. the hotchkis system is a little lower front and back, but the rake looks the same. i haven't seen the dse springs used, but my bet is that they're similar. i think that rake is great for handling and looks perfect, imho.

On any car, I like to see the tire hit the fenders the same front and rear, tho this is less true with the squared off fenderwells on a 69.

I like to get my rake with tires, my fronts are 2" shorter than the rears.

I'm still showing daylight between the back tire and the fender tho, where the front there is none. Need bigger rear tires!
