Greg: Can I ask a question. Do you know where your Z came from originally.
I think I see an Ivory interior. The reason I ask is that I had the exact car and it was sold into the US. I was just wondering if it might be it?

The reason for the wheel chocks, 4000 rpm holeshot results in a broken cluster gear. I'm a little hard on equipment. I wish I could find the original owner. The car was around NW Illinois in the early 70s as a drag car. This car was painted in 1991, it looks good in the pictures. It's a 20 footer. Thanks

Here is a picture of mine. It was originally glacier blue with ivory.
I just love the black with ivory.

After this shot I put the chrome trim on the wheelwells.
It was a Canadian car that had just about all the sheet metal replaced.

Stewie,

Nice combo. Really shows off both the black and the white interior.

Yes it was a nice car. It was one that got away. I traded it for an unrestored 30,000 mile Z.

I sold that one for University money for my daughter. And it turned out she got a scholarship.
So now I have the 68 and love it.

Dave, I'm around the Freeport area, about 30 miles west of Rockford. Black paint is a bear to keep clean, but when it's clean it looks good!! Greg
