Due to heat transfer from the headers, I would like to find some type of foil backed or other type of insulation to attach to the engine side of the evaporator case while I have it off. I'm having trouble finding anything so I hope someone here can help. Thanks

Take a look at Jegs high performance , they have all kinds of heat reducing foils and stuff .

Aluminum tape from Hme Dpot works good....you can paint it with high heat engine paint to somewhat color match...
