Rear end 69 camaro, Ranchos with Afco springs, car is super stiff but in my other threads I have mentioned the spring eye hitting the frame, how much downward travel should I have with the shock sitting at ride height and how much extension travel should it have sitting at ride height? I put the ranchos on it and to be honest it seems like the CE 3 ways worked better on my car. Do I have a travel issue??

According to notes in a speedway catalog and on thier website; At ride height you should have around 60% of the shock rod showing. That gives you 60% of the shock travel for compression and 40% for rebound. This means amount of rod showing should be around 3" with a shock with 5" of travel, 4.2 with 7", or 5.4" with 9". Also if you lift your car off the ground by the frame the wheels should come off the ground before the shock runs out of travel.
