68 convt...no A/C with Astro vents.
need to find the piece that goes from the back of the duct to the dash...basically the piece that connects the bottom duct to the top. any ideas? i've been told that the part is no longer available and i would need to find it used. if that's the case what else can i use here?

I could not find these pieces anywhere myself. I had a set that came with my 68, but they were split and in poor shape. I ended up using epoxy to mate them back together. I hope they work. You might possibly be able to use some flex duct with hose clamps or zip ties to hold them in place.

does anybody have a pic of this piece i got a 67 i took all duct work out and replaced it with a aftermarket a/c. maybe a part off it will work for you.

I'm lucky enough to have one, the other side is some kinda flex hose.
68, no A/C only, used to attached the astro vents in the dash to the air intakes in the cowl.

that's the piece jim.
the pain is that GM decided to slant cut the vent...so i don't even know what the heck to use there since i'm not sure a straight piece of duct will work here.

I could only find the hard parts... no flex hose.

Maybe a black dryer duct hose could work ?

ohhh plastic/rubber ducts with the accordian part in the middle. left and right of the silver ducts.
