I'm beginning the rocker panel replacement on my '67. The question is how does this thing come off? I know about the spot weldings along the top and bottom of the panel, but is the panel held on with welds in any other places? It's hard to tell with the paint on it, but it looks like the two ends of the panel fit underneath the quarter panel in the rear and inner part of the door area in the front.
Am I going to need to disassemble other parts of the body to get this panel off?

Thanks for the help.

Yes thats true. The front goes up under the dash area on the inside, this is the area that your kick panel attaches to. This is only the inner. The outer only attaches top and bottom, to the side cowl and the quarter panel. I have a donor car at home, I will snap some pics tonight and send them to you. Is your email address good on TC? In not email me at wolfy948@yahoo.com.
