I'm about ready to test and tune on street legals day. So I'm ready to purchase some rubber for the rear.
Its a 15X8 Weld Draglite on a 67 with a BBC that weighs 3160 and has a 3500 stall that flashes to 4700.
I will be launching without a brake or NOS. All motor.

Any opinions out there on what hooks best for a DOT slick?

I have both the MT ET Streets and MT ET Drag Radials. Both are excellent options. If you want a bit more more wrinkle and hook, I think the ET Streets offer a better option for higher HP drag race applications. I have the 28x12.5 ET Streets on 15x8 Weld Prostars. I have the 275 ET Drag Radials on the same wheels.

Good luck.
