I recieved my 2nd radiator from Rick's today from ups, 1st was crushed ,no box damage,sent it back, recieved my 2nd today ,unboxed it,no box damage again and it was worse than the 1st............I talked to a salesman ,he told me they don't have time to inspect every one, I talked to customer service and they said they would inspect the 3rd. radiator before shipment...hopefully so being the 3rd radiator now...this is pretty poor in my opinon !!!

There's an old business axiom that states:

There's never enough time or money to do it right the first time, but all the time and money in the world to get it right the second. (Or, in your case, the third!!)

I feel for you and anyone dealing with mistakes but we all do from time to time... My guess from the info provided ("said they would inspect the 3rd") the middle guy isn't the problem but he gets the blame...
