hi i have a 8.2 non posi will a 8.5 posi work or do i need to stay with a 8.2 thanks

8.5 Posi will work only with a 8.5 Housing. If you want to upgrade, here is a 8.5 Housing on ebay now:

If you want to stay with your 8.2 Housing, you will have to get a 8.2 Posi.

The new Eaton posi for the 8.2 is $450. That is the best way to go, unless you upgrade to the 8.5 or 12 bolt.
