Have the passenger side quarter panels been retooled? Does anyone know?

Are you asking if you can buy a new external quarter panel? If so, yes, you can find them at just about any restoration supply store. Ricks First Generation and Year One in addition to many of the board sponsors.

I know they're made, but they had fitment issues on that particular quarter. Goodmark said that they were getting retooled. Just curious if they ever worked out the fitment issues.

Sorry about that, I misunderstood what you had meant. I don't believe they have yet. I've seen quite a few people still mentioning one of the 1/4's still had some issues.
