Hi,

I am installing a Taurus fan and have a Spal PWM controller. I see that the fan is a two speed and has 3 wires. Do I just hook the controller up to the high speed wire?

I would try that first, the spal controller w control the fan through 2 wires only.

i would. the controller will give the half-speed so the fan's half speed isn't really needed. btw, don't get it wet. i cleaned the underside of my engine and even with no direct spraying, got condesation inside and it stopped working correctly and never dryed out after a month. i threw it away and got the dummy relay instead. the tech at spal said they already have a new design coming out (because of obvious flaws). maybe you have the new one?
