On another forum I frequent, I am able to search for members in my state. This is a nice feature. Is it possible to add such a search to camaros.net? I’ve done keyword searches for “MT” and “Montana”, but I don’t think I’m seeing all the members in my state.
Thanks for providing a great place to learn and grow.
Matt
If they have their state listed you should be able to find them via the advanced search
http://www.camaros.net/forums/memberlist.php?do=search
Just put the state or abbreviation in the "Location" field: but I think this is what you already tried.
Not everyone enters their state so it's only as good as what was entered.
I'll see about adding drop-down choice boxes for future entries, should work a lot better that way.

Great. Thanks Al.
One more question. Is there a way to do a combination search? Say I want to get everyone that has "Montana" and/or "MT" listed under their location? Should I just type "Montana MT" into the location box?
Thanks again.
As you've found out, the search for MT will also give results like Mt Pleasant - about all you can do is search and then look for MT as the state in the result.
Searching Montana works ok though.
combining the two will not work.
