I just did a auto to manual swap and my old automatic cooler lines to the radiator are no longer needed. Is there any reason I cant use the radiator as a fuel cooler now that the automatic cooler lines are gone?

how hot is your fuel? i think that would be a fuel warmer more than anything. i don't know of a car that has fuel hotter than 190-210 degrees. i'd bet money the fuel in your tank is cooler than that, and should be enough to keep the lines cool, especially with a return line. jegs sells a cool can that can be filled with ice to cool fuel down if needed, otherwise i'd recommend covering the lines with a heat shield. i'd never put it through the radiator!

Ditto what John said! The transmission fluid "cooler" built into the rad is a relative thing; it's designed to dissipate heat in the fluid to make the trans fluid cooler than the trans operating temp. It is not a chiller...
