Hi I'm based in the UK wondered if someone out there could answer this question.
I have a an early build 1968 Z28 Camaro with an engine build date of late September 1967. I do not have the original carb but have a correct one with a later build date of April 1968 on a 4053 body code.
My question is should my car have a 4053 code carb or a 3910 carb as I understand the 3910 codes were for 1967 cars. The fact my car happens to be a 1968 model year car but built in late 1967 I wanted to check which code carb would have been fitted with from the factory before I start looking for a date code correct carb to match the car..
Any replies would be most appreciated.
