I bulit a 454 gen vi motor with a good size cam, but used a gm head with the part #10141279. is this a good combo or what. Only info I could get on these heads are that they are closed, oval and 100cc. can anyone tell me of its a good combo and the ratings on these heads. thanks dave

Without know all the spec's ???

I would think an aftermarket head would be better. As for the size ??? depends on the combo.
