Last two times out i have had fuel pressure problems. When the car launches and the wheels come up the pressure drops to 4lbs and engine bogs. When the car comes back down it runs fine with full fuel pressure for the rest of the pass. I have drained the fuel and pulled my in line 100 micron filter out and checked and cleaned it. I am running a aeromotive A1000 pump with the matching A1000 carberated regulator. I thought it could be the pump but was told the pump cant tell when the front is up and that makes sense,So I need to see if anyone has had this happen or has suggestions.This is the second season for the car and nothing has changed in the fuel system other than I changed the center air bleeds in the carb one size up to smooth out the idle. I am thinking of trying a diff. carb to see what happens. I cant run again till Wed since the car doesn't hook to good on the highway and the police kinda frown on that too, Help!
