You can grab onto any single wire you want as long as you are not touching anything else. Other than the fact that they are wwaaayyyyyy up in the air, their is very little danger. When they grab the wire they are not connected to anything grounded, so basically they put themselves on the same phase as the conductor. Now if they were to touch two wires at once, that would suck!!!
